The WordPress plugin can queue a mobile PageSpeed Insights audit for your site from the Media screen. Results help you validate changes to warming, Managed CDN assets, Critical CSS, and image optimization.

Starter and above

PageSpeed scores are included from Starter upward, with a daily audit cap that increases on Pro and Business.

Run an audit

    Enable PageSpeed tools

    In Media, unlock PageSpeed if your plan includes it.

    Click Run mobile PageSpeed

    The plugin queues an audit for the site home URL via Cache Rocket.

    Review scores and metrics

    Use lab results (performance and related metrics) to prioritize fixes.

Lab data ≠ field data

Treat Insights as a diagnostic. Search Console / CrUX field data remains the source of truth for real-user Core Web Vitals.

Common questions

Do audits upload assets to Managed CDN?
No. PageSpeed audits measure; they do not publish optimized assets.
What happens when I hit the daily cap?
New audits wait until the next day or until you upgrade to a higher daily allowance.
Can I run desktop audits?
The Media action queues the mobile PageSpeed flow documented in the plugin.
